The hotel's location had its ups and downs, being very close to the commercial downtown with many small restaurants, but unfortunately not the best due to the constant smell of BBQ smoke coming from the adjacent restaurant. The rooms had a warm atmosphere despite the heating being off and reeking of cigarette smoke, though they appeared quite different. The service was a mixed experience with accommodating staff like the receptionists, but with some communication issues and unexpected charges for certain services. The dining experience offered a good variety of foods, better than expected, and the ambiance was pleasant. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, offering decent amenities but with room for improvement.
